Record-keeping and age verification statement
No profile publishes on Maxgirls without a verified government identity document confirming the person is 18 or over. Verification records are created before publication, retained by the platform, and linked to every booking the model takes.
This statement describes the platform's age verification and record-keeping policy. It is a statement of how Maxgirls operates. It is not legal advice, and it does not tell you what your own production is required to keep, which differs by jurisdiction and by where the material is distributed.
Age verification is a precondition, not a response
A model profile is invisible to every other user until three checks have passed: a government-issued photo identity document has been captured and checked, a live capture has been matched to the face on that document, and the date of birth read from the document places the person at 18 or over. A profile that has not completed all three does not publish, does not appear in search, and cannot receive a booking request. The full sequence is on the verification page.
What the platform retains
- The identity document image and the data read from it, including name and date of birth.
- The liveness capture and the result of the match.
- The date and outcome of every verification attempt on the account.
- A record-keeping entry for each booking, referencing the verification by identifier and date.
- The model release and usage licence generated by each booking.
What is never disclosed
Identity documents, liveness captures, dates of birth and legal names are not shown on a profile, are not sent to a booker, and are not included in any export a booker can produce. A booker receives confirmation that the check passed and the date it passed. This is deliberate: it protects the model from handing identity documents to strangers, and it protects the booker from holding other people's identity documents, which is a liability rather than an asset.
Retention
Verification records are retained while the account is active. After an account closes, a verification record that supports one or more completed bookings is retained for seven years from the date of the last such booking, because it is the documentation both parties relied on and the record a distributor or a payment processor may ask either party to produce. Verification records that support no completed booking are deleted on account closure. Releases, licences and booking records follow the same seven-year period and remain exportable by both parties throughout.
Access and correction
You may request a copy of your own verification record, ask for an error in it to be corrected, and ask for deletion. Write to app@maxgirls.com from the address on the account. We respond within one month. The one request we cannot always complete immediately is deletion of a record a completed booking depends on, for the reason set out above; in that case we will tell you the date it becomes deletable.
Requests from producers, distributors and processors
A party to a booking may export the record-keeping entry, the release and the usage licence for that booking at any time. That export shows that a verification predating the shoot exists, its identifier and its date. It does not contain the underlying identity document, and we do not release identity documents to a counterparty. Lawful requests from authorities are handled separately and on their own terms.
Reporting
If you believe any profile or material on this platform depicts a person under 18, or a person who has not consented to publication, report it to app@maxgirls.com immediately. Material is removed while the report is investigated, not after. These reports are handled ahead of everything else in the queue.
Custodian of records
Correspondence regarding records maintained by this platform should be addressed to app@maxgirls.com. Registered contact details are provided on request to that address. We do not publish an address on this page, and we would rather say so than print one that is not current.
