For anything about a booking, include the booking reference and the date. For anything about a profile, include the email address the account was created with. For a removal request, include the URL and enough detail for us to identify the material. It makes the difference between one reply and four.
Response times
We answer within one business day. Removal requests and anything involving a person's safety or a verification record are handled first. Priority support on the Studio tier and above means a faster queue, not a different mailbox.

Maxgirls operates under the Maxgirls brand at maxgirls.com. Registered contact details are provided on request to app@maxgirls.com. We do not publish a phone number, because nobody here would answer it and a number that goes unanswered is worse than no number at all.
