Yes. A profile is not visible to anyone until a government-issued photo ID has been checked against a liveness capture and matched to the person on the profile. The check happens before publication, not after a complaint. What is retained is the verification record; what is shown on the profile is a badge. How adult model verification works sets out the whole sequence.

Verification documents are never shown on a profile and are never shared with a booker. A booker sees that the check passed and when, and nothing else. Your data stays yours: you can request deletion of your account and the associated records at any time, subject to the retention we describe in the record-keeping statement and the privacy policy.
